Unauthorized updates

    Hi I have not initiated plugin update, however I can see that following files are being updated. (this happens daily!) – I have not seen any other plugins do that. Please advise.

    Hi,

    That’s weird.

    We have not released any updates in last 1 month.

    Please check this once.

    Go to Plugin Updates Menu in Mail Bank and make sure that it is set to Disable.

    This will ensure that the plugin doesn’t get updated once a new version is available.

    You may wish to contact us at support@tech-banker.com with more details and footprints of the problem if it fails to resolve.

    Correct the auto updates are off (Plugin Updates Menu in Mail Bank set to disable); we do run v1.42 (not v1.44) – any suggestions on why the plugin code is being changed with auto update being disabled?

    Hi,

    Sure, we definitely got your point. We have fixed this in the latest release.

    Please update it first to the latest edition.

    Please go to Plugin Settings, and turn off the Auto Updates and save Settings.

    This will not auto update in future if setting is turned off.
