 * This charge is for the **Gutenverse PRO Add-on**, which is a separate product
   from the free plugin.
 * **Update:**
   Our records show that your subscription was renewed automatically,
   and the cancellation request was received **after** the renewal date. As a result,
   the charge for the renewed period is reflected as per our standard policy.
 * Our **no-refund policy for automatic renewals** is outlined in our Terms and 
   Conditions, which are available to review and agree to before purchase. This 
   helps ensure transparency and consistency for all users.
