• ***BEWARE BUYERS*** We have experienced poor communication and no response when contacting WP-CRM system several times. We cancelled the product within 30 days and never received a refund after several attempts (we have screenshots of our refund request). Keep screenshots of all messages sent to the WP-CRM as you will not receive a copy of your message or acknowledgment or support ticket number. Also be aware that after 1 year you will be notified that your Credit card will be billed again irrespective of cancelling your subscription. We will send a rating once a day until we get a response from WP-CRM systems. Not optimistic that I will hear anything back but lets wait and see.

    It seems like there was miscommunication caused by the fact that we were using a different ticketing system at the time of your previous messages.
    Unfortunately, your tickets haven’t reached us.
