 * I seem to be having the same problem that was described here: [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/allow-anonymous-event-submissions-2/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/allow-anonymous-event-submissions-2/)
 * That is to say, when using the [event_form] shortcode, users who are not logged
in receive an “Unauthorized Access” message: “You do not have the rights to manage
this Event.” This prevents them from submitting a new event.
 * “Allow anonymous event submissions?” is set to Yes, and the Guest Default User
   is a Subscriber.
