# Unauthorised login

 * All of a sudden several of our users got redirected to the Unauthorised login
   even when there’s only 1 device in use. Would this be related to the fact that
   we use email address as our username?
 * Also, we used cloudflare to accelerate our site. Would it be related too? We 
   had since disabled it but we see no difference.

 * I don’t think using email addresses as usernames would affect this.
 * I’m not familiar enough with Cloudflare to guess exactly how it might be interfering,
   but I would try to test with and without Cloudflare and look in that direction.
