• I am using wordpress in a semi-unintended purpose as part of a multi-media project running on a single kiosk machine. Having a bit of an issue, and the nature of how it’s running may be the cause…

When a user enters a comment, it requires approval However the comments seem to show anyway. The checkbox in the control panel is checked to require approval before showing comments. Above where it shows the unapproved comment it says “No Comments Entered Yet”, and if I were to approve the comment it would say “One Comment Entered”.

If I clear the cache And the comment hasn’t been approved it goes away. I was hoping it was something in the comments php file I could remove but I’m not much of a PHP expert(although I’ve made some edits which were more obvious) and I’m not seeing anything that I think would control that.

Anyways would appreciate any help. Basically when a user enters a comment I’m looking for it not to show up for the next visitor.

    Thanks,
    Matt
