# Unable update Plugin

 * Recently, I unable to update the plugin via wp dashboard. It display “Briefly
   unavailable for scheduled maintenance…” and then stay there.
 * Would anyone have info on how to solve this please?

 * Thank you for the info.
 * Not sure if I missed anything but it’s only guide how to get out of ““Briefly
   unavailable for scheduled maintenance…” but remove “.maintenance” file, which
   I did before posting here.
 * The next time I update the plugin, it happen again and the plugin does not updated.
   So I would like to ask how to solve the issue and able to update the plugin as
   usual.

 * It happen when update LiteSpeed Cache and Yoast SEO, I’m not sure about other
   plugins since only those 2 have update recently.

 * I’m not sure if it will produce anything useful, but [enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG](https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG).
 * It could be a permission issue, a file space issue, or hosting resource issue.
