I am unable to view the attached images/files that uploaded by new ticket users. the link (https://community.examole.com/?wpas-attachment=511) is opening in new tab with blank page. Please help me….

Hello, i unable to view the images/attachments uploaded while creating ticket. Please help me how can i get out of this error.

attached files are moving to /wp-content/uploads/awesome-support/ticket_213 folder, but not accessible through https://community.example.com/?wpas-attachment=537

Hi:

Please go to the TICKETS->SETTINGS->ADVANCED Tab. There you’ll see a section called ATTACHMENT OVERRIDES. Turn on the first checkbox and save the settings. Then try uploading files to a ticket again.
