# Unable to view plugin settings.

 * I am unable to view any of the Learndash add-ons’ settings. I’m trying to view
   the settings for Stripe for Learndash, as I have learned there is a bug in the
   latest version that causes a fatal error, so would like to install the previous
   version. When I try to view the settings of the Stripe for Learndash plugin (
   or any other Learndash add-on), I get the message: There has been a critical 
   error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
 * My WordPress Site Health Status is good, and i have received no email? I can 
   view settings in my WP new plugins.
 * I can’t find the Learndash plugin via the above link to post on their forum page.

 * Add-ons are in the dropdown menu for Learndash. The one I was wanting to change
   is Stripe for Learndash. I’d love to have the Learndash support forum link.

 * My problem with accessing Learndash support stems from the fact my site was set
   up by a third party company. They set up all of their client portals on the same
   license, and as such I don’t have Learndash logins. They offered to pass on my
   requests previously to Learndash, but I received no reply from Learndash. I have
   tried contacting Learndash via amanual assistance request, that seems to be the
   only way to access Learndash without a login, but that also was unsuccessful.
 * So I’m trying to access them via the forum, but unlike other plugins, I can’t
   find a way to access them.

 * if it is the main learndash plugin and not available here on the WordPress plugin
   directory then I’m sure people won’t be able to help much since its a premium
   plugin
