Unable to upload plugin – Cannot copy file

    Trying to install the plugin using wordpress installer.

    Getting error message

    Could not copy file. wpforms-lite/assets/fonts/wpforms-menu.eot

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi catchashutosh,

    I’m sorry for the trouble! I can’t say I’ve seen that error before, but my suspicion is that there’s something in your host’s server settings that’s blocking this file from being added to your site.

    When you get a chance, could you please reach out to your site’s hosting provider and ask them to see if they can find the cause on their end? If they’re willing, it may help if they could try to install the plugin themselves and replicate the issue.

    Hopefully, they’ll be able to find a permissions error or something similar (which should be a quick fix on their end).
