  • Dear @pandeskapl,
    Thanks for the report.

Is your plugin updated to the latest version 1.5.72?
Please update it and install Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to see if you have any third-party plugin or a theme affecting the work of our plugin.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Sincerely,

Hello. Yes I’m talking about 1.5.72
I turned all plugins off, changed theme to default wordpress and nothing helps. I’m using PHP 7.4.

I have downgraded Photo Gallery to 1.5.6 and works fine.

I think there is an issue with newest version.

I’m using Hitchcock theme updated to newest version (but photo gallery failed with not updated theme).

Oh… and swithing PHP to 7.2 or 7.3 does not help.

    Dear @pandeskapl,
    Thanks for the response.

Please update the gallery to v1.5.73.

If the problem still persists, please share the error log with us.

    Sincerely,

    Still does not work.

I need help with logs- where are they? πŸ™‚

    The same here πŸ™

    Confirm – same error.

    As pandeskapl stated.

Blank window instead of subdirectories when uploading images to the gallery with 1.5.71

Reverting to 1.5.69 heals this problem.

That looks like my problem. I have already emailed you an error report and the error log files.

    Dear @pandeskapl,
Please refer to your hosting provider to get the error log.

@atomiktd and @czustu, can we have a look at your logs as well?

We did have an issue with the uploads, but v 1.5.73 included the following update:
Fixed: Importing newly added images from media library.

    Thanks for your collaboration.

I’m sorry, but the error log is empty in server panel admin (blank page). Is there any other way to get error logs?

    @pandeskapl

Is the error log in the server panel always empty for you, or do you just not see an error from PhotoGallery?

In the first case, you should contact your web host and ask why the error log is empty, because some error actually always occurs and the corresponding one is logged.

In the second case you can possibly produce the error if you create a directory in the filemanager or upload images and then press update.

All other logs show something – only error log is empty. Server admins claim there are no errors…

    Dear @pandeskapl,
Can you please share the logs with us?

    Thank you,
