    We encounter this weired bug on both of our site, we are unable to move and update the calendar content.

    Hi!

    Thanks for letting us know about it. I tried to reproduce the issue unsuccessfully, so just to make sure we’re on the same page:

    1. When using the free version of our plugin, you’re only allowed to reschedule WordPress posts in the calendar. If you can’t move social messages around, that’s completely normal.
    2. Regardless of the version you’re using, it’s not possible to drag and drop already-published posts (or social messages).
    3. It’s also not possible to drop content to previous dates.

    Does any of these limitations explain the issue? If none does, please get in touch with us via email so that we can look into your specific setup in more detail without disclosing any private information about your site.

    We upgrade our SSL Cert can this also causing the issue? if so, is theres preferred settings for us to configure?

    Thank you for your prompt response, yes this post is on future dates, and not yet published.

    Im looking at the scenario of us updating our SSL cert can that contribute to the issue?

    Well, this shouldn’t be the issue… but I guess it’s possible that, for example, your website is now being served via HTTPS but the REST API isn’t, and so REST requests (and therefore rescheduling stuff on the calendar) doesn’t work as expected.

    If you open your browser’s developer tools and look at the JavaScript console, does it show any errors? What’s the issue exactly? (a) Can drag and drop but the new date isn’t saved or (b) you can’t even drag and drop?

    We are using HTTPS from the start, though we need to upgrade with more higher SSL type, will that effect anything from the functionality?

    We’re getting this error on doing the drop and down functionality

    That’s weird. Do you have permission to reschedule the post (in WordPress, without Nelio Content, I mean)?

    Yes we have, id we do the uninstall and reinstall do any of the settings will be removed or is it safe to do a re install of nelio plugin?

    Yes, it is safe to reinstall the plugin. I don’t know what might be amiss :-S

    If we reinstall the plugin will the data there will still remain?

    When you first deactivate the plugin, it asks if it’s a temporary deactivation or not. Just tell the plugin it is temporary, and it will keep all your social messages and so on.

    do you think doing a reinstall will fix the issue? we’re also using minify tools will this effect or cause this issue?
