“Elementor Addons & Templates – Sizzify Lite” plugin hasn’t been updated for a quite a while and is no longer supported by the developer (I missed the fact it wasn’t being updated, (lesson learnt!)).

Since the last(?) WordPress update the three pages using a Elementor widget from that plugin caused those pages to crash, so I’ve deleted those pages with the intention to recreate them with other options.

The problem I now have is the Elementor left hand panel on any page is greyed out with the spinning ‘loading’ icon, which never loads, so I’m unable to create/amend any page on my site.

If I try to uninstall the Sizzify plugin my site will white screen crash and I have to do a restore of a backup to get the website up again.

I think the Elementor issue is related to the Sizzify plugin, but I’m now stuck on how to fix it?

  • Hi,

Thank you for shared above issue. but it is not related WordPress, So better if you can talk with Elementor plugin support link https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/.

just for your information elementor-addon-widgets plugin closure is permanent. Reason: Author Request

    Thank you

Yes, you are right, but I suspect they won’t help with an old third party plugin, so I’ll be stuck in limbo, but I will post this on their pages.
