I have two of my domains. I have installed offsite post plugin on site and want to link the posts on site with it.

But i unable to understand the working of the plugin. Can i also implement this plugin for two wordpress posts on same domain?

You can link to anything you want, on your domain, on another domain you control, or to a domain you have no control over.
It simply turns the post into a redirect to the first URL in the post body.
