• Hi;
    We are having trouble with the searchable documents. How we can upload our existing records on the CloudSearch and use the plugin to search from those records?
    Our Index Fields are 58, Status is Running but Searchable Documents and Site Documents are 0.
    I am not sure if we are missing something in configuration. We’ve tried it several times. Can anyone help us with it?

    Hi,

    one question, your existing records are in your WordPress site? If on site, and you have already press the “Create/update index” and then the “Run indexing” button, you have only to press the “Sync all documents” button! In this way a process starts and upload your documents on CS.

    PS: when you press the button, please remain in the page.. you see in the “Current operation” the number of the indexed documents..
