Unable to switch to text on post page

    Hello sir,
    Please I’m unable to switch from visual to text editor when I want to make a new post.
    I’ve trying disabled all my plugins and even theme and the error is still the same. Please help on step to correct the error.

    I’m having this problem also plus cannot add media or tags and shortcode ultimate not working. All happended after an update.
