Unable to Subcategories in the Main menu

    I am unable to subcategories on my main menu. Use to be able to do this and now it won’t let me. I move and place it in the right location (subcategory under the main menu category). I click save menu. Then it will pop it back on the main menu creating another category and no longer keeps it as a subcategory. Then my main menu gets huge.

    Any advice is appreciated.
