Unable to sort products by date

After I updated a WordPress and WooCommerce I noticed that I couldn’t change the timestamp anymore and basically I have sorted all the products by the date so that the latest one appears first in the page.

If I go to PRODUCTS and try to cahnge the Publish Date by clicking EDIT, nothing happens anymore.. Actually none of the EDIT links do nothing anymore (Status, Visibility, Published on) – so have you faced the same issue and/or do you have any idea what might cause the issue and how to fix it?
