Hi, I am using All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly 2.2.1 with no add-on plugins from Time.ly. ical feed from a google public calendar has been import successfully, but whenever I try to change the view or switish to another month, I got the following message:

Something went wrong while fetching events.
    The request status is: 200
The error thrown was: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON data at line 1 column 42452 of the JSON data

    Sometimes it has another version:

Something went wrong while fetching events.
    The request status is: 200
The error thrown was: SyntaxError: Unexpected token <

My URL is http://www.aikidodoyukai.com/calendar , thanks.

  • Hi,

    Some of this should help:

    1. Make sure that your Calendar page is set to the right page in the settings.
    2. No need to use shortcode on a page set as the default in the plugin settings.
    3. Try turning on/off “Strict compatibility content filtering” in Events -> Settings –> Viewing Events.
    4. Try turning on/off “Use frontend rendering” in Events -> Settings –> Advanced
