    Hi
I recently changed my site to a new plan and can’t set the optimized firewall options. I did deactivate and reinstalled again wordfence but had no results. The firewall only works on basic options. I asked the hosting support if the plan did not allow wordfence and they told me that it does. Can someone give me any clues of how to solve this? ( I am on a managed wordpress pro plan). Thanks

  • Hi,
It sounds like you are hosting your site at GoDaddy is that correct?
May I know what happens when you follow “Web Application Firewall Setup” guide?

Also, please go to (Wordfence > Tools => Diagnostics) and click on “Send Report by Email” button at the top of the page, you can send the report to “alaa [at] wordfence [dot] com”, make sure to include your forum username, I will take a look at this report and let you know my findings.

    Thanks.

    Hi
the issue reported isn’t solved yet but it is not related with wordfence, it’s a server issue that is on its way to be solved. unfortunately I still can’t use wordfence optimized but expect this to happen soon.
    thanks
