    I thought I'd try this theme as it looks quite flexible. The first thing I tried was to changed/add a background image - I've tried dragging and selecting and nothing happens... I tried jpg and then png

    Make sure WordPress is updated, and reinstall it if you need to, but I don't think this is related to Decode.
