unable to serve this request/login gone

Hi there-
I have been running the same wordpress site for some time. My site works fine, a little bit slow, but fine. I attempted to login to my dashboard and found this:

Unavailable
Site temporarily unavailable.

Connection timed out – please try again.

I havent changed anything recently or anything like that but i cant get into my dashboard. Help please if you can!
