Unable to serve this request – Site temporarily unavailable.

I’ve installed the plugin but when I click the links to the Facebook App processes. “How to Create Your Facebook APP” and “get your Facebook User ID” I get the following message:

Unable to serve this request
Site temporarily unavailable
Connection timed out – please try again.

The URL of the page showing the error is http://www.plulz.com/how-to-create-a-facebook-app/

Is the site offline or is this a plugin problem?
