    Hi,

    This looks like the plug-in has not been installed properly and our connect site cannot authenticate with your site’s woocommerce APi.

    Suggestions: delete and re-install, or try disabling any security plugins that might affect access

    This is caused by Basic Auth not being enabled on your site.
