Unable to send emails – SMTP Error: Could not authenticate

    Dear ERP support,

    unfortunately I am unable to use the ERP SMTP settings to send emails.
    The strange thing is, that if I use my other installed plugin “Post SMTP”, with that plugin I am able to send wordpress emails using the same settings.

    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate

    There shall be some missing metrics to get this to run within the ERP settings.

    Using the insecure non-smpt settings, then I am able to send the test email.

    I hope you will find this screenshot helpful to find a solution to establish a secure email sending option.

    Can you please share some details with us?

    First, Which mail server you are using?
    Second, Is there any two-step authentication enabled?

    Hi again,

    I’ve found out what the problem was. I was a miss spelling of my Username. But I was wondering that it has worked using the Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended).
