Hello, can I provide any additional informations so it would be easier to solve problem?
Hi @torao9340,
Greetings from WebToffee support.
We can certainly look into the issue and hopefully provide you with a solution.
Kindly share the screenshots or screen recordings of the issue with us so we can replicate it in our test sites.
Screenshots are in first post. Recording: https://www.loom.com/share/a65fe6a7035e4d5b9ba50fcc9dd612c3?sid=5dbef10e-1252-4fd7-a83a-a8a1b4d51f77 . When I try to click swatch nothing happens – there’s not even errors on console.
Hi @torao9340,
Thanks for sharing the information.
We have made a code snippet to fix the compatibility issue with the WCBoost – Variation Swatches plugin.
Please copy the code snippet from here and paste it into your active theme’s function.php file (WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Editor > functions.php) or you can use the Code Snippet plugin to do that for you.
Kindly check using the code snippet and let us know how it goes.
Hello, thank you very much – this code helped and now swatches are responsive. Only problem that’s left is marking selected swatch. Right now there’s no visual indication that swatch was selected: https://www.loom.com/share/1442711ef449454799c74aece1dec561?sid=6b619fd2-e567-4fb5-940b-fd3d3dcfd275 . Is it possible to change it so chosen swatch have some kind of different coloured frame?
Hi @torao9340,
Can you share the coupon code and URL of the eligible product with us? You may create a test coupon for us. Please share the URL of the page as well where the selection of the variation can be observed.
I changed some CSSes and now everything works perfect. Thank you very much for help 🙂
Hi @torao9340,
