Unable to select gift card images

    Dear Gift Card creators,

    I have the problem, that on my gift-card page I am unable to select a corresponding gift card image, even if the existing images are displayed, but those are not choosable.

    Please use this video problem explainer to see what I mean.

    I also found out, that there are some error messages in browser console found.

    Hello Alex,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    This is probably because you are using some custom image gallery that differs from WooCommerce’s own. Our plugin is only compatible with the default WooCommerce gallery.

    Checking the HTML of your site, we see several changes in the image gallery HTML, and they seem to come from your Product Video Gallery Slider for WooCommerce plugin.

    Could you try disabling that plugin to see if the problem really comes from it?

    Hello Juan,
    thanks for getting back to me.

    I found out, that there seems to be an incompatiblity with the plugin colled “ewww image optimizer“. This is used to optimize the image sizes in our wordpress site.

    Maybe it would be a good idea if you could use this in your testing environment together to find out, why it is not working.

    I hope you will then find a solution for this.
