I uninstalled all caching plugins, made sure the host was not caching anything on their server and changed the permalinks to match https requests. Now I am not getting the error saying to disable my caching plugin. But when I login to my google account, it still says “Sign in with Google to configure Site Kit
To use Site Kit, sign in with your Google account. The Site Kit service will guide you through 3 simple steps to complete the connection and configure the plugin.” Even though I am definitely logged in, I can see my account in the upper right corner. And the Google Search Console on the account is active and working.

I am unable to see the Site Kit Dashboard

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @kiloj757 thanks for your topic and the details!

    1) Could you try to reset and reinstall the plugin anew? Let us know if this allows you to access to the dashboard

    2) If not, could you provide your Site Health Information? We’ll see if we can spot something that could be involved. Thank you!

    following!

@reneesoffice hi! so unfortunately we cannot even access the way to reset the plugin like you were doing. we are able to reset.. but it just says that you have already given site identification to sitekit and transfers you back to a new page.

Let me know if that allows you to proceed.

@kiloj757 I’m following up on your support topic. Were you able to make the check above?
