Support » Plugin: Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP) » Unable to See Front End Graphs Despite Setting Them

I set the front-end settings to ‘On’ for both options and for only Admin to see – however, the information does not appear on any of the pages. I’m using a heavily customized codebase. Is there a shortcode/manual code I could add to my theme to make the chart and graphs appear on the front end for allowed users?

    Cheers!

What does it mean if I can see the following code at the bottom of the page for posts when I view source:

    <div id=”ga_dash_statsdata”></div>
    <div id=”ga_dash_sdata”></div>

but the chart and data do not show. Is that a conflict with another plugin?

Choose an article and while logged in check if the source page contains this div ga_dash_statsdata.

If it does: you may have a javascript error or a css issue.

If it doesn’t: there are no stats for those articles or there is an issue with plugin’s configuration (you should check the Debugging Data from General Settings).

    Hi Alin,

The div is contained within the page. How do I check what the javascript and/or the css error is in this case?

In Chrome use CTRL+SHIFT+I and switch to Console tab.

    Hey Alin,

It doesn’t show any errors there but the chart doesn’t load either.. Is there a shortcode or manual php I could add to the bottom of the particular page I want to ensure everything required is loaded?

    Cheers!
