Unable to Scan

My scan keeps failing. I’ve tried everything on the troubleshooting page (https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/troubleshooting/?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=pluginUI&utm_campaign=docsIcon). Also in Tools > Diagnostics everything is green. Any suggestions?
Scan Failed The current scan looks like it has failed. Its last status update was 23 mins ago. You may continue to wait in case it resumes or stop and restart the scan. Some sites may need adjustments to run scans reliably.
