Unable to save the Changes – Divi Builder
-
Hi,
Thanks for the Great plugin, Works as expected. Need help in conflicting, While I try to save the modification in Divi Builder (Any modification made in page with Module inserted on the same page). I am unable to save the modification, Divi Builder says “Try Again”.
When I removed the module section from the page its getting saved.
I don’t know whether I am missing any settings in module!
Please help me to resolve this.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out but sorry to say that I am not able to replicate the issue at my end. There might be other confliction of plugin. Please verify if you are not using other carousel plugin. There might be Javascript confliction.
Hi, I’ll piggyback off this thread if that’s OK as I’m having the same issue. Great plugin, but getting an error when saving, then it just says ‘No Results Found’. It doesn’t look like it’s related to another carousel plugin. The below is the error from the host (where I’ve substituted server and domain information in square brackets).
2020/01/20 05:37:36 [error] 110659#110659: *94001 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function have_posts() on array in /[server]/wp-content/plugins/post-carousel-for-dv-builder/includes/postcarousel.php:1035 Stack trace: #0 /[server]/wp-content/themes/Divi/includes/builder/class-et-builder-element.php(2412): ET_Builder_Module_FH_Divi_Post_Carousel->render(Array, '', 'et_pb_fh_post_c...', '', '', '', '') #1 /[server]/wp-includes/shortcodes.php(325): ET_Builder_Element->_render(Array, '', 'et_pb_fh_post_c...') #2 [internal function]: do_shortcode_tag(Array) #3 /[server]/wp-includes/shortcodes.php(199): preg_replace_callback('/\\[(\\[?)(et_pb_...', 'do_shortcode_ta...', '[et_pb_fh_post_...') #4 /[server]/wp-content/themes/Divi/includes/builder/main-structure-elements.php(2664): do_shortcode('[et_pb_fh_post_...') #5 /[server]/wp-content/themes/Divi/includes/builder/class-et-builder-element.php(2412): ET_Builder_Column->render(Array, '[et_pb_fh_pos" while reading response header from upstream, client: 220.240.133.201, server: [domain], request: "POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/1.0", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php7.2-fpm-capecod.sock:", host: "[domain]", referrer: "[page-url]/?et_fb=1&et_bfb=1&PageSpeed=off"It would be great to resolve this as it’s a great plugin!
Thank you in advance.
Thanks for the brief info of the error. Can you please do me a favor and provide some screenshot or video of your page settings. So I can get to know that what actually is causing the issue. I will surely look out into it. Thanks for taking out time to review the plugin. Thanks again.

Hi Faiyaz, thank you for the quick reply.
I have taken a screenshot of the page layout here (very basic, text in the first module): http://testing123.com.au/dcp/page-layout.png
And also done an export on the row: http://testing123.com.au/dcp/Divi-Builder-Layouts.json
Not sure if it helps, but previewing the page seems OK, but as soon as I go to save, I get the error.
If you need anything else, please let me know.
Thanks

Thanks for the screenshot. Can you verify last thing for me? Do you have post in project post type?
Yep, there are 73 projects published in there and all using the standard Divi custom post type of Projects.
Thanks
Thanks I will investigate the issue and will publish new version with fixes.
Excellent, thank you.
Hi Faiyaz, just thought I’d check in and see if you have any updates on how the new release is tracking? Thank you
Hi @theotherdavid,
I will work on it and you will get update very soon.
Excellent, thanks so much Faiyaz.
Hi Faiyaz,
Just thought I’d see if you have any updates on the plugin or expected completion date? I understand it’s probably not your priority being a free plugin, but as a client is a dependant on it, I would love an update.
Thank you
I understand you concern but I am going through very busy schedule right now so not able to work right now but you can expect the update by next month.
