Unable to save settings

I have been running Duplicator Pro successfully for years. I recently had an error reported in admin panel related to shell zip failing due to server resources. I tried to switch to DAF settings but while it reported settings to be saved successfully the settings were not saved. When I refreshed the page, the old settings were shown.

I had recently (1.6.2023) performed our monthly updates (WP, WC and all plugins). The issue seemed to appear after that.
