# Unable To Save Additional Fields

 * Hello,
 * I am using your form builder (as I do for all my sites) to create a lengthy form.
   I have entered 158 form fields and am now no longer able to save new fields. 
   I can add the field, enter details, but when I save the fields save without details(
   or) layout specifications. I have picked though the plugin and I do not see anything
   that should limit the number of fields… I can enter manually through the database,
   but when I save on the admin side it blows out my manual entries.
 * Please help! I have an hour and a half+ in the form and that much troubleshooting
   it. I’m simply stumped! Thanks…

 * Wow! 158 form fields is certainly a lot.
 * What you are seeing is a server’s technical limitations on how much data can 
   be sent. See [this answer in the FAQ](http://vfb.matthewmuro.com/faq/max-number-of-fields/)
   for more info.
 * I’d recommend you split your form into two forms. You can then redirect to the
   second form’s URL.

 * Humm… this isn’t that big of a form in my opinion. I’ve built employment applications
   with well over 300. Still scratching my head as our post size is set to 1gb. 
   I know it’s not a physical limitation of the server. There has plenty of storage
   and 64gb of ram. Any other thoughts before I scrap what I did in the plugin and
   write it in php? Your plugin is so much faster! lol.

 * I will explore ways to handle large amounts of data when saving, but I don’t 
   have any timeline for you.
