Unable to safe, publish or delete new page

As the TT mentions I have created a new page and after the initial safe to draft I am unable to safe it again. Publishing and deleting the page won’t work either.

I have deactivated all the plugins but still the problem exists. Also tried the default twenty eleven templeate but again the problem stays.

Pages that were already published can be edited and deleted without a problem.

Any advice is welcome.
