Unable to run repair

    Hi,
    Having trouble login into my wordpress admin account. When i tried to login I got this message One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired. when I clicked on repair it told me to add in wp-config define(‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true). After I did this I was getting this message Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in wp-config.php on line 21.

    Can you please show me how I can fix this
