This generally happens when the video is poorly encoded. Kindly try re-encoding your video files using Handbrake https://handbrake.fr/ (Free) to see if that solves your issue.
Recommended CODECs are,
Video: H264
Audio: AAC
Recommended format: Mp4
Handbrake is a FREE encoder that you can use to re-encode your videos. Kindly refer “Encoding H.264 Video with HandBrake” section at https://diveintohtml5.info/video.html
For most advanced usage, please check https://vimeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/224978308-HandBrake

Hope this solves your issue.
In case the issue remains, kindly fix the security issues on your website and get back to us. So, we can further look into this.
Maybe “Norton” has misunderstood something. Since this is a popular tool, being blacklisted by them is not good for your business too. They are Good people. Simply write them about this and get the warning removed. So, we can access your website here and further look into this.
