• A week ago I lost part of my website, but was not concverned as I have been using your plugin to backup to my Dropbox account, which has been working well for over a year.
    However, upon attempting a restore, I received the following error:

    code: 403, text status: error, text: Forbidden

    I immediately filled this in, but did not receive any feedback.
    4 days later, I also sent a message via your WPADM support, but received nothing after another 2 days.

    My website has been down for a week now, and this is now becoming a problem.
    The backup files look fine.
    So, does anyone know what this error means, and how I could resolve this?
    Or do you know if this product is still supported?
    Or do I need to upgrade to Pro to get support?
