Unable to Resolve Log In Issue

Since 14th April I had the following issues:
– I’ve been unable to log-in to my Admin page
– When I try to reset the password, my email address is not recognised (“There is no user registered with that email address”);
– My user name is recognised, but the confirmation email is being sent to another email account (i.e one that does not belong to me)
– As my User Name/Password is not recognised, I couldn’t log in to this support forum (unless I created a new User Name)Is there any way I can fit my log in issue or gain access to my Dashboard?
