Unable to remove fields on a particular product

    Hi,
    I have created a woocommerce website as for events booking and placed the additional field of checkbox for products, but now I wanted to remove field to be shown on a particular product. I have tried to remove it from “Attach to products” setting and also from “Product data” section inside the product page. Nothing worked field is still visible to all products.

    To ensure valid help, kindly verify that you have completed the following steps:

    1. Click on the “Attach to Products” button at https://vertis.d.pr/i/DkdCGf.
    2. Select the “Remove” option at https://vertis.d.pr/i/tLxtel.
    3. Click on “Save.”
    4. Inside the confirmation modal, click on “Ok” at https://vertis.d.pr/i/rAqcCg.
    5. Navigate to the product, and you should observe that the changes are synced at https://vertis.d.pr/i/qGhLWQ.

    Hi, Thank you for your response.
    And yes. I have already tried above mentioned steps multiple times and it is still showing in front-end as well as in “Product Data” section under particular product. – https://i.imgur.com/5cz22h2.png

    Although, if you check the “Attach to products” settings that unticked product is not showing in “Already Attached” section. – https://i.imgur.com/5h4J4Px.png (as you can see only 11 products showing in already attached)

    Whereas in total I have 12 products – https://i.imgur.com/NVYASVl.png

    Hi @codeintopixel,

    Thank you for the clarification.

    The easiest way to remove a PPOM field from a product is to edit the product and uncheck the desired field – screenshot.

    I hope this will help.
