Unable to remove

    Another hit and miss plugin. Looks like quality control at Barn2 is gone for lunch. We also tried 3 plugins from them, wasted 5 weeks then removed 2 and asked for money back. This particular one doesn’t want to uninstall. Causes critical error. All other plugins are just fine.

    Hi westmind, thank you for trying our plugins. I’m sorry to hear you did not have a very positive experience with some of them. We also see your tickets sent through our Support Center.

    I can guarantee that our plugins go through rigorous testing before being released. Unfortunately, some bugs do slip through the cracks. When bugs are identified, we address them as soon as we can.

    In fact, we have a hotfix available for this issue. If you’d like us to apply this to your website, please contact us through our Support Center. This fix will be included in the next plugin update. – Carl
