Unable to Reload the Deleted WooCommerce Catalog

    accidentally deleted my catalog from Meta Business Commerce Manager and I’m unable to upload it again. Even after contacting Meta support, they couldn’t resolve the issue. Although I uninstalled and reinstalled the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, the old data keeps reappearing, preventing me from reconnecting my previous catalog to my Meta account. How can I fix this problem.

    Also, are you using any additional Data Sources to upload/update the catalog?

    Despite reaching out to Facebook, Meta Business, and the Technical Support Team multiple times regarding this issue, they were unable to solve the problem—even after remotely accessing my system several times. Eventually, I managed to resolve it myself through trial and error. The only thing that needs to be done to reconnect a catalog that was accidentally deleted is to remove the current catalog connection and then re-add it. This way, the catalog can successfully be linked back to the WooCommerce account.
