Unable to recognise billing location as within the EU

    Hi,

    The website has suddenly developed a fault. In the basked and at the checkout, the following message appears instead of the shipping value:

    For deliveries outside the UK, please use our contact form to request information on delivery costs before making your payment.

    The delivery and billing addresses are set within the UK.

    The shipping rates are set within the Weight Based Shipping plugin. If I set the pricing under Shipping Zones, the shipping prices are applied, but the does not allow me to vary the price per value of the order.

    I have tried disabling various plugins to see if there is an incompatibly, but have been unable to find a conflict.

    I posted a similar request for help on the Weigh Based Shipping plugin forum two days ago, but there has been no reply.

    Please can you help.

    Further info. If I attempt to enter an order, I get the message:

    No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    despite the billing and shipping addresses being entered

    If I switch to the Storefront Theme I get: No shipping options were found for (…My Address…) Enter a different address.

    Sussed the problem. Now resolved.
