Unable to receive/update verison 5.8.2 for new Timezone Features

Hi,
This page http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/timezone-support/# shows that version 5.8.2 will allow the new timezone features. I’ve tried disabling/re-enabling the DEV updates. Tried the force check button. WordPress continues to only show version 5.8.1.3 as the most current. And the DEV options don’t show it either.
How can I receive version 5.8.2?
