Unable to receive feedback using yahoo.com account

Hi, i was doing test mails through the Grunion contact form and realised that if I use my hotmail account to post a feedback, i receive the feedback in the designated email account.

But when i post a feedback using yahoo account (xx@yahoo.com) account, I do not receive the mail. Any idea what is happening?
