    As of Aug 25 the website is getting this error when customers try to checkout.
    …Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method….

    All the stripe details are unchanged and were previously working. I have tested in in test mode and that is working correctly.
    Can someone please help?

  • Sorry to hear you’re running into some difficulty with checkouts on the site.

    Does the issue persist when running test transactions? In WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe, do you have debug logging enabled there? If you do not, could you enable this and let me know once you have completed a test transaction? If you do have it enabled, could you head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and share the latest log?
