    Hey AJowen88,

    Is this your first time using the plug-in or are you updating the plug-in?

    I’m also having this problem. First time using the plug-in. Test page is at:
    https://www.pdbti.org/testpayment/

    It looks like the billed amount is not making it over (the rejection emails from Global Gateway are returning that as an error). I’m wondering if this is an SSL issue? I get an warning that the submission of data is not encrypted, so I’m thinking perhaps the billed amount is not making it over, resulting the same error message as the first poster?

    Thanks for your help.

    WaffleToy,

    After going over your test page. I noticed you have a secure site.
    Which is GREAT. You will need to make a small change in your HTML code.
    Since your site has a SSL.

    You will need to change the the form action URL.

    From http to https.
    This will also fix the security warning you’re getting.

    Are you referring to the code generated by the plugin? This is the generated code, which does reference https:

    <table align=’center’ border=’1′>
    <form method=’POST’ action=’https://www.pdbti.org/wp-content/plugins/globe-gateway-e4/confirm.php’&gt;
    <tr><td>Amount:</td><td><input type=’text’ name=’x_amount’ required></td></tr>
    <tr><td></td><td><div style=’text-align:center’><input class=’button’ type=’submit’ value=’Submit’ /></div></tr></td></table>
    </form>

    Hmm. I think we are having some issues with our force SSL config. Let me check into in, thanks!

    WaffleToy,

    Please let me know the outcome.
    If I need to add code to detect SSL or port 443 to make the change automatically I will.

    same error here. No SSL
