Unable to play video in fullscreen

    Hello,

    I have a YouTube video in a popup.
    When I open the popup I’m unable to play it in full screen.
    Upon clicking the full screen button an error message shows up which says “full screen is unavailable”.

    Can you help me with this issue, I don’t know what to do.

    Hi, can you share the shortcode for one of your youtube videos.

    Also what settings have you enabled in the plugins admin panel?

    Hi, I tried to test your shortcode above but the video ID is giving me an error message.

    I also tested another video ID and I was able to open the video in full screen mode without any issues.

    So, the shortcode is working fine.
    The issue seems to be with the video ID?
