Unable to play preview files after migration to main directory

HI, I was using your plugin very successfully (we LOVED it) on a development site. When I moved it over, it no longer works. I fixed all the links so they go to the right directory and they have the same file permissions. Just not sure what’s up.

I have both the beta site up (working) and the ‘real’ site (not work), but they are both set private because we don’t want them viewed until we get this sorted out. I’m not sure how to contact you otherwise but I’m happy to send a login if you need to look at it.

I’ve tried:
– turning off the other plugins
– w/the default 2012 theme
– clearing cache after any changes, restarting browser(s)

WP version 3.7.1
Stiz Version 1.0.12
Woocommerce Version 2.0.20
