    Hi Zorem,

I noticed that I couldn’t override this template. I want to use custom HTML in ‘Delivered’ email. So I copied the customer-delivered-order.php template to my child theme and used custom HTML however it doesn’t work. I am able to override all the stock woocommerce email templates using this method but somehow, it doesn’t work here.

    Appreciate your feedback.
    Many thanks!

The Delivered email is fully customizeable through the email customizer that you can open from our plugin settings – email notifications tab
You can control the content, and which info to display or not in this email.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
    Thanks

I think you have missed my point. The email customiser is limited (understandably so) in its ability to customise. Which is why I want to use custom HTML in the email to have better control. For all the other Woocommerce emails, (ie; Completed order email, Processing order email, etc), we can do this by simply overriding the email template from Woocommerce -> Settings -> Email. I just copy the email template to my child theme and edit it directly to the way I want it.

However, this method doesn’t work with the Delivered email.
