Unable to opt out of tracking

    This plugin displays the following banner at the top of admin pages:

    Simple Tags: By allowing us to track your usage, we can make a better plugin by knowing the features of the plugin you have activated.
    Developer’s Notes: It would help me a lot! Because I have absolutely no idea of the features you use in this plugin 🙂

    When I click “Do not allow” I get a white screen with the word “FAILURE” on it.

    Any ideas?
